About the business/role/team

Join the Information Systems Team within the Knowledge Management Department and play a key role in supporting the enterprise platforms that help keep the Bank’s information secure, accessible and well governed.

Reporting to the Manager, Information Systems, you will provide frontline service desk support, manage key information management systems, and contribute to the delivery of reliable, high-quality services to users across the Bank.

This is an opportunity to work with critical business platforms while helping colleagues make effective use of the Bank’s information resources.

About the role

• Provide support for Content Manager (TRIM), RBA Box, SharePoint and GovTEAMS, including onboarding, account management and regular access reviews.

• Support configuration management and the implementation of new versions and builds across these systems and related applications.

• Maintain and review system security, including regular user access reviews.

• Create and maintain procedures and knowledge base content to support consistent information management practices.

• Build effective relationships with key stakeholders and help keep expectations aligned.

• Support the Bank’s responses to Freedom of Information (FOI) requests, records disposal and system reporting activities.

• Assist with user training, including train-the-trainer activities.

• Support information management projects as required.

• Learn in a collaborative, mentorship-focused environment with opportunities to build expertise.

About you

• Proven experience providing customer service and support for enterprise information management or collaboration systems in a regulated environment.

• A tertiary qualification in Computer Science, Information Management, Business or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.

• Experience administering Content Manager (TRIM) or similar document management platforms.

• A willingness to learn and develop new skills in a collaborative team environment.

• Clear communication skills and the ability to organise and manage your work effectively.

• A genuine interest in information governance and records management.

• Australian citizenship is required. Applicants must hold, or be able to obtain, a Baseline Security Clearance.
