As Influencer Marketing Manager at + Me, you will be accountable for delivering against the growth targets of the influencer marketing channel across multiple brands, including Skin + Me.  

Reporting into our Head of Growth (for Influencer & CRM), this role will be instrumental in efficiently growing a crucial marketing channel whilst keeping content compelling and on brand.

You will lead a team of 8+ direct reports at varying levels of seniority), and will be accountable for the day-to-day management, development and wellbeing of your team. Taking strategic direction from our various business units, you will ensure influencer campaigns and new tests align with our business objectives.

We are after an experienced Manager with a bias for process and planning, who is ready to lead a large team and help them deliver their best work, at scale. Outstanding analytical skills and a solid understanding of growth metrics is essential.

This is a hybrid working role with three days a week in our Paddington HQ (Mon, Tue, Fri) and two days remote.

What you'll do

• Your main objective is to hire, lead and develop a large team helping them do their best work and exceed targets. This is where you'll spend the majority of your time, around 60%. 
• Allocate resources within the team to meet the demands of the business, with the team's engagement and development in mind.
• Fine-tune our ways of working, with a focus on campaign quality and speed of delivery
• Ensure the team grows, maintains and nurtures relationships with influencers
• Understand our growth objectives and brand vision, and work with business unit leads to set team targets, align on expectations, KPIs and budgets.
• Own performance against targets for each brand — both where we stand today and our outlook for the coming months — with a clear plan to recover ground wherever we're off track. 
• Own the long-term testing roadmap: work with your direct reports on ongoing experiments and their results, draw on the team's collective knowledge to generate and prioritise new ideas, and be clear on the thinking behind how those priorities are set. 
• Share learnings from your channel with other channel leads across the business, so relevant insights can be applied more widely.
• Lead a regular input and alignment session with the Head of Growth and other channel leads, to gather input on priorities and keep plans aligned across functions.

• You love managing people and have examples of helping team members reach their full potential. 
• Experience leading and motivating a large team (ideally 6+ people) in a fast-paced, data-led business. 
• You have integrity and are not afraid of having uncomfortable conversations. 
• You have experience working in Growth or Influencer marketing, where you have managed large budgets and had to deliver against revenue targets.
• Strong commercial acumen, with a solid understanding of key marketing drivers.
• Track record of setting up and fine tuning processes.
• Experience implementing tests and learning from results.
• A team player who's happy to get stuck in, supporting all areas of the business.
• An appreciation of the more creative side of marketing.
• An interest in healthcare, wellness and skincare.
