We're looking for a commercially driven Industry Sales Manager - Mining to lead growth across South Africa's mining sector.
This is a high-impact role for someone who knows the industry, understands customer challenges, and thrives on turning relationships into long-term business partnerships.
What You'll Be Doing
You'll be the face of Sulzer within the mining sector, identifying opportunities, building strategic relationships and driving profitable growth across our services portfolio.
You'll:
Develop and execute the mining sales strategy across Africa.
Build relationships with mine operators, engineering teams, maintenance leaders and procurement stakeholders.
Identify, develop and secure new service opportunities.
Grow key accounts while winning new business.
Promote Sulzer's maintenance, repair, overhaul, upgrade and field service capabilities.
Work closely with operational teams to deliver exceptional customer solutions.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity and emerging opportunities.
What We're Looking For
Proven success in B2B sales within the mining sector.
Experience selling engineering, maintenance, reliability or industrial service solutions.
Knowledge of rotating equipment, pumps, motors, compressors or related assets.
Strong commercial and negotiation skills.
A natural relationship builder with the ability to influence at every level.
Self-motivated, customer-focused and driven to win.
