ROLE SCOPE

This role supports the Products set of industries (including industrial, Consumer Goods, Retail & Travel and Life Sciences) within the Industry and Enterprise Marketing & Communications team by driving core run-the-business marketing activities and enabling priority programs across channels. It spans content development, executive positioning, digital presence, research, performance tracking, and operational support. The position requires a versatile marketer who can work across multiple workstreams, collaborate with stakeholders, and help deliver high-quality marketing execution with rigor and speed.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

·       Support “run the business” related activities for the Products set of industries e.g, Industry Analyst Relations responses and briefings, stories identification, internal RP M+C updates, baseline materials, ARC updates

·       Support planning phase for prioritized programs including business case write up and M+C Plan entries in Synops

·       Support ongoing maintenance and updates of a.com core pages, incl. optimizing for LLMs

·       Support executive positioning activities e.g., event speaking op, social media

·       Support development of marketing content (case studies, thought leadership, campaign copy)

·       Conduct industry/area research and competitive monitoring across portfolio industries

·       Perform operational activities: budget tracking, ROI tracking, PO tracking

·       Support activation enablement across Markets/MUs and CRM, with the hub if prioritized programs related

·       Support team governance related activities, as well as Reinvention Partner performance measurement and reporting

·       (May) Maintain and organize marketing collateral and shared asset libraries (Kx, ARC…)

·       (May) Coordinate with creative teams and external agencies on asset production

·       (May) Support onsite event delivery

SKILLS and EXPERIENCE: 

·       2-8+ years of marketing experience.

·       Pro-activeness and autonomy; self-starter; rigor in execution

·       Inquisitive and curious; fast learner, willing to be coached and progress

·       Data proficiency, foundations of data analysis

·       Proficiency in Accenture tools and platform; regular user of Accenture approved AI tools

·       Broad marketing channel experience (events, social, a.com)

·       Strong written communication and copywriting

·       Stakeholder collaboration across cross-functional teams

·      Organizational skills; ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously

·      Industry/area and commercial awareness
