- IMS / QMS and regulation leading management colavolation with ID & QD business unit
- EMC Omi filling facility management, DENAL as JV techical support
- Engage industrial gaes activites at JIMGA speciality materials commitees as an ALJ representative.
- Operation performance consideration with Global direction as WBL
職務内容
Total management of four EMC plants (people, costs, safety, reliability, quality, etc.).
- Leading the setting and monitoring of EMC KPIs (headcount, cost, investment, safety, reliability, quality, etc.).
- Consideration of standardisation between each EMC.
Consideration of EMC strategy, future plans and talent development.
- Provide technical support for any project at EMC.
- Project owner of EMC projects
IMS/QMS and regulatory management collaboration with the ID and QD business units.
- Leading and reporting on IMS streamlining GP-13.
- Leading and implementing IMS GT docs. at EMC
- QMS improvement collaboration with QD
- Maintenance planning and investment aligned with ID R&D
- Implementation of any regulatory changes to EMCs
- Management of the EMC Omi filling facility and DENAL as a JV technical support
- Management of filling equipment and procedure documentation at EMC Omi (construction and maintenance, training for Denka operators).
- Creation of investment plans and application of investments for EMC Omi.
- Monitoring of outsourcing costs at EMC Omi
- Provide technical support for not only the filling facility, but also the DENAL production plant as part of the JV technical committee.
Engaging in industrial gases activities at JIMGA's Specialty Materials Committees as an ALJ representative.
Participation in regular conferences and discussions with JIMGA members.
- Updating SDS, IHC and JIMGA documents for JIMGA.
- Regulation and safety considerations with JIMGA for speciality materials.
Alignment with global direction and WBL.
- Discussion and alignment with the global strategy of operational management and performance.
- Global harmonisation study between each country's EMC plants
- Accountable for EMCJ activities to the global team.
