Roles & Responsibility
- Develop and maintain relationships with customer stakeholders, including R&D engineering, purchasing, operations.
- Drive revenue growth and increase market share within assigned key accounts.
- Work closely with FAE, marketing, product lines, and engineering teams to identify opportunities and drive opportunities qualification to facilitate the cooperation.
- Manage customer forecasts and demand visibility, work closely with operations and supply chain to fulfill customer’s order demands.
- Provide timely market intelligence and competitive insights to support account strategy.
- Prepare opportunity pipelines, business reports, and account reviews.
Qualification & Requirement
- Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Instrumentation, Microelectronics, or a related field.
- Less than 2 years of experience in sales, key account management, semiconductor industry experience is preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Ability to build relationships with customers at different organizational levels.
- Ability to present business updates clearly and professionally.
- Strong ownership and execution mindset, ability on team work across functions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and customer-facing skills.
- Proficiency in English skill of speaking as well as writing.
- Willingness to travel as required.
- Have experience related to ATE industry is a plus.
