Could you be our next Individual Market Virtual Sales Trainer? Globe Life is looking for an Individual Market Virtual Sales Trainer to join the team!

In this role you will be responsible for delivering, designing, and enhancing training programs that support Individual Virtual Market sales success across diverse territories. This role partners with sales leaders and trainers to implement effective training strategies, evaluate performance data, and adapt materials to evolving business needs. The Individual Market Virtual Sales Trainer operates with a level of independence, handling training initiatives, analyzing market insights, and advising leadership on best practices.

This is a remote / work-from-home position.

What You Will Do:

Training Delivery & Program Development

• Design, deliver, and continuously improve sales training programs, presentations, and materials tailored to Individual Market needs.
• Adapt training content to address diverse market conditions, ensuring alignment with sales strategies and regulatory requirements.
• Partner with sales leaders and trainers to identify skill gaps and develop solutions that enhance sales effectiveness.

Market Analysis & Performance Insights

• Compile and analyze complex data from multiple markets to assess training effectiveness and business impact.
• Prepare and distribute weekly Agency Owner reports, translating performance metrics into actionable insights.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor practices, and emerging training methodologies to recommend improvements.

Territory Support & Operational Excellence

• Manage and deliver training initiatives within assigned territories, ensuring measurable performance outcomes.
• Collaborate with VP, Individual Market, and other leaders to align training activities with organizational goals.
• Execute business planning initiatives that support sales growth and operational objectives.

What You Can Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2 years of professional related experience in the insurance industry, preferably with field and training experience.
• Demonstrated ability to manage training programs and deliver impactful results.
• Experience influencing and advising leaders without direct authority preferred.
• Advanced communication and presentation skills to engage diverse audiences.
• Proven ability to analyze data and translate complex information into actionable recommendations.
• Skilled in resolving complex challenges through independent judgment and problem-solving.
• Strong collaboration and influencing skills to advise senior stakeholders and adapt to varied business contexts.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work productively in a remote setting.
