About the Role

Four Seasons Hotel and Residences New Orleans is seeking candidates to join our team as an In-Room Dining Attendant. As In-Room Dining Attendant, you will help create exceptional in-room dining experiences by supporting food delivery, maintaining service areas, and ensuring guest requests are handled with care and efficiency. This is an excellent opportunity to begin your hospitality career while working alongside a dedicated Food & Beverage team.

What You'll Do

• Support the delivery and presentation of in-room dining orders, ensuring guest rooms, corridors, and service areas reflect the highest standards of cleanliness and service.
• Anticipate guest needs, respond promptly to requests, and help create memorable experiences through thoughtful and attentive service.
• Stock and maintain room service supplies, assist with food and beverage preparation, and keep side stations and equipment organized and service-ready.

What to Expect

• A flexible full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs.
• An active, fast-paced environment where you will spend much of your shift walking, standing, lifting, carrying trays, and moving throughout the property.
• A collaborative team culture where you'll work closely with Room Service Servers, culinary professionals, and fellow team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

What You Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent experience preferred.
• Previous hospitality experience is not required; training is provided.
• Valid U.S. Work Authorization
