Job Description:

岗位职责

• 负责 IMU 站点换能器（力、压力、声学及加速度传感器）的设计调试与性能优化；
• 基于数字信号处理（DSP）、控制系统及机器人/机电一体化理论，完成算法实现与系统调优；
• 使用 Matlab / Python / JMP 进行数据分析与可视化，驱动测试与试产决策；
• 快速定位电气硬件根因，并在软件层面实现修复方案；
• 主导多线程编程与硬件设备接口交互开发，保障产线设备稳定运行；
• 试产及测试期间须全勤深入工厂现场（Inside the factory）提供实时工程支持；
• 英语流利，能够高效参与早晚与美国团队的跨时区会议，推动问题同步与项目进展。
