Role Overview
We are looking for a Associate to drive growth, transformation, and long-term value for our Products clients in India. You will be part of the research and delivery pertaining to the same.
Key Responsibilities
Client Value Creation
- Develop a deep understanding of client business priorities, leadership agenda, and industry trends
- Analyze client data to surface trends, risks, and growth opportunities
- Ensure timely delivery & seamless execution
Relationship Management
- Establish self as a trusted advisor with the client stakeholders through an in-depth understanding of the client as well as industry in the sector
- Ability to articulate value proposition and be an Ambassador of Accenture
- Leverage internal networks to bring the best of Accenture to each client

Required
- 2 years of relevant experience in the Consumer Goods & Services or allied industries, with strong knowledge of digital and technology trends
- Proven ability to develop strategic perspectives using financial, primary, and secondary analysis
- Cross-functional understanding of industry operational dynamics
- Demonstrated experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder client relationships
- Ability to perform under pressure and manage competing priorities
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
Preferred
- 2 years of consulting experience
- Domestic consulting experience in India
Education
- MBA or PGDM from a premier institute
