We are looking for an experienced and detail-orientedย Immigration Paralegalย with strong expertise inย UK Immigration, Family Law, and Asylum Law. The role will support legal professionals in managing immigration matters, preparing case documentation, conducting legal research, coordinating with clients, and ensuring cases progress efficiently and accurately.
The ideal candidate will have practical experience handling UK immigration matters and a strong understanding of the documentation, procedures, evidence requirements, and case-management processes involved in immigration and related family or asylum matters.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide paralegal support acrossย UK immigration, family law, and asylum lawย matters.
- Assist with the preparation and management of UK immigration applications, petitions, and supporting documentation.
- Review client information and documentation for completeness, consistency, and accuracy.
- Conduct legal and case-specific research relating to UK immigration rules, procedures, and relevant legislation.
- Assist solicitors and legal professionals withย family-based immigration matters, including applications involving spouses, partners, children, and dependants.
- Support asylum and protection-related cases by organising evidence, preparing case chronologies, and assisting with supporting documentation.
- Prepare case summaries, legal correspondence, document checklists, application forms, and other case materials.
- Coordinate with clients to obtain required information, evidence, declarations, and supporting documents.
- Maintain accurate and well-organised electronic and physical case files.
- Track application deadlines, appointments, hearings, submissions, and other important case milestones.
- Assist with preparing bundles and evidence packages for immigration and related legal proceedings.
- Review documents for inconsistencies, missing information, or potential issues and escalate concerns to the supervising legal professional.
- Maintain regular communication with clients regarding documentation, case progress, and outstanding requirements.
- Monitor changes to UK immigration rules, procedures, guidance, and relevant legal developments.
- Support case-management systems and ensure timely updating of matter records.
- Coordinate with internal legal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth case progression.
