Role Description: 

Looking for a driven Analyst/Consultant with Connected Service and Field Service Management expertise to build and grow Accenture's Smart Aftersales Service capability. This role covers master data management, connected asset technology, and field service execution for clients across asset-intensive industries. 

You will work on master data migration from SAP and Oracle into PLM platforms, connected asset and IoT-based service solutions, and field service management using platforms such as IFS, SAP FSM, PTC ServiceMax, and Salesforce Field Service - helping clients improve field execution and service outcomes. 

Key responsibilities include: 

• Deliver Connected Service and Field Service Management projects with best-in-class results for clients across asset-intensive industries. 

• Lead master data management and migration activities, moving service master data from SAP and Oracle into PLM platforms. 

• Support connected asset and IoT solutions, including remote monitoring and predictive maintenance, to improve service outcomes. 

• Implement field service management solutions using platforms such as IFS, SAP FSM, PTC ServiceMax, or Salesforce Field Service, covering technician dispatch, scheduling, and work order management. 

• Lead workshops and fit-gap analysis to align client systems and processes with recommended solutions. 

• Work with technical teams to ensure data migration and platform integration are delivered end-to-end. 

• Support business development and RFP responses to grow the Connected Service and Field Service Management offerings. 

• Contribute to reusable frameworks, accelerators, and thought leadership for these offerings. 

Preferred Experience 

• 3-10 years of experience in aftermarket / aftersales service operations, with exposure to master data management, connected/IoT solutions, or field service management. 

• Experience with SAP and/or Oracle master data, and exposure to PLM platforms such as Siemens Teamcenter, PTC Windchill, SAP PLM etc. 

• Experience with field service management platforms such as IFS, ServiceMax, or Salesforce Field Service. 

• Techno-functional experience integrating business processes with underlying technology is preferred. 

• Experience working in cross-functional, global teams. 

• Project management skills / experience with a focus on Agile methodology. 

• Analytical skills, with the ability to use data and metrics to build business cases.
