Marketing Manager

We are looking for a Marketing Manager to join our growing team in Hungary.

You are in the right place if you are looking for your next step in your career in the pharmaceutical sector. In this position you will be responsible for leading the development and execution marketing initiatives.

Scope of Responsibilities:

• Design and execute comprehensive marketing plans to promote products and services.

• Manage the creation and implementation of marketing campaigns across various channels, incl. prints and events.

• Oversee market research and analysis to understand customer behavior and preferences/needs.

• Develop brand strategy and product positioning

• Lead annual marketing planning and optimize performance through ROI analysis

• Execute integrated marketing campaigns, including digital initiatives, congresses, and symposia

• Develop promotional materials such as detail aids and brochures

• Drive cross-functional collaboration with Sales for execution alignment and with Medical for scientific validation

Requirements:

• University degree in a related field

• -Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Previous experience within an international (ideally pharmaceutical) company on similar managerial role with proven results

• Minimum 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing

• Proven experience in product launch within a multinational pharmaceutical company

• Marketing experience targeting Rheumatologists, Gastroenterologists, and/or Dermatologists

• -Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role, preferably within pharma industry.

• -Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.

• -Excellent understanding of market research, data analysis, and customer behavior.

• -Proficiency in data analyzing and CRM software.

• -Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• -Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• -Proficiency in Microsoft Office

• - Hungarian and English Language Skills
