Priorities will be agreed with the relevant HSE Business Partner and client or programme leadership.
- Embed within client or project teams where required, build trusted relationships, understand delivery priorities and agree proportionate HSE support.
- Prepare clear, deliverable HSE bid responses and identify obligations, risks, assumptions, resources and costs before commitments are made.

- Develop and maintain programme HSE plans, governance and critical controls, confirming that competent resources are in place before delivery starts.
- Monitor delivery, provide practical direction and coordinate recovery where standards or commitments are at risk.

- Set proportionate HSE measures, provide accurate reporting and use data, findings and feedback to drive learning and improvement.
- Promote Thrive, psychological safety, open reporting and constructive challenge while coaching teams and resolving delivery barriers.
