• 岗位职责：
• 协助TA团队完成实习及初级岗招聘，涵盖平台管理、JD发布、简历筛选、人才mapping及初步电话面试。
• 协助处理HR对外沟通，跟进最新招聘政策与法规。
• 维护常用招聘系统，保障数据及时准确更新。
• 支持雇主品牌推广、人才库建设等招聘项目。

•  任职要求：
• 2027届应届毕业生认真负责，细心踏实，积极主动做事条理清晰，有HR/招聘实习经验优先。
• 沟通协调与学习能力强，性格开朗外向，具备良好抗压能力，工作态度端正且责任心强。
• 每周可保证线下出勤3天，可连续实习6个月为佳。
• 对人力资源领域有浓厚兴趣，注重细节，具备良好的职业素养与保密意识。
• 熟练使用日常办公软件，能适应快节奏工作环境，具备团队协作精神。
