Über diese HR Specialist Stelle bei ReWorks Solutions

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced, analytical and people-focused HR Specialist to manage and support day-to-day HR operations across the organisation.

We are looking for someone who is comfortable working with both people and data, can identify potential risks and operational challenges, and proactively recommends practical solutions. You should be confident engaging with employees and management, managing sensitive information, and taking ownership of your responsibilities in a fast-paced, growing organisation.
While this is not currently a management or team leadership position, the ideal candidate will demonstrate the maturity, initiative and leadership potential to grow into a future HR leadership role as the organisation expands.

A future leader: Demonstrates maturity, initiative and the potential to take on greater responsibility as the organisation grows.
What Success Looks Like
The successful candidate will help ensure that HR operations run smoothly, employee records and HR systems remain accurate, compliance requirements are consistently met, and management has access to reliable HR data to inform decisions.
They will also contribute to a more efficient, proactive and people-focused HR function by identifying opportunities for improvement, supporting employee wellbeing and helping establish scalable HR processes as Golden Care Therapy continues to grow.
If you are an experienced HR professional who enjoys combining people-focused HR support with systems, analytics and continuous improvement, we would love to hear from you.
