Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented HR professional with solid experience in HR and/or payroll to join our team in Velké Meziříčí, Czech Republic.
Your Responsibilities
Act as a trusted HR Business Partner for managers and employees, providing guidance on HR policies, people management, employee relations and organizational development in production plant.
Manage basic payroll processes in compliance with local legislation and company standards.
Support the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee development, promotions, transfers and offboarding.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation, ensuring data accuracy, confidentiality and compliance with legal requirements.
Administer time and attendance records, absences, vacations, sick leave and employee benefits programs.
Ensure compliance with labor law, payroll regulations and internal company policies.
Process payroll-related activities, including payroll validation, taxation, deductions, social security, health insurance contributions and year-end payroll activities.
Serve as the main point of contact for employees and managers regarding payroll, compensation, benefits, and HR-related inquiries.
Support employee engagement, retention, well-being, and culture initiatives to foster a positive working environment.
Manage employee relations matters and disciplinary processes.
Prepare HR and payroll reports, workforce analytics, KPIs, and statutory reporting for management and external stakeholders.
Lead or support HR projects, digitalization and organizational changes.
Ensure HR and payroll processes are continuously improved, standardized and aligned with business objectives.
Your profile
Completed business studies or equivalent qualification, such as certification.
Min. 2 years of experience in payroll or HR
Strong knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel.
Solid understanding and experience of payroll and HR processes
Team-oriented, structured, and solution-focused approach.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with employees.
Proactive approach
Accuracy, reliability, and an analytical approach to daily operational tasks
Fluent in spoken and written English.
Would be an advantage
Knowledge of PlusPortal / WorkDay / Concur
