Job Description:

• Significant experience in HR Operations and relevant domains such as Payroll, Compensation & Benefits, Global Mobility, Equity or Share Plan Administration. ​

• 5-8 years experience in process management and service delivery, ideally in global organizations and with international exposure, ​

• Strong understanding of payroll processes and employee share plan operations (not only policy). ​

• Experience with controls, HR technologies (such as Workday), reporting, documentation creation and management, process improvements​

• Strong cross-functional stakeholder management, problem-solving and decision-making capability.​
