RAYMOND JAMES STADIUM

Legends is the official hospitality partner of Raymond James Stadium, home to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.  The partnership includes overseeing the Raymond James Stadium food and beverage program development and management for concessions, suites and premium areas for all game days, concerts, special events and any food and beverage related activations for the iconic Pirate Ship.  Join us in elevating the fan experience through unparalleled guest service and pride to make Raymond James Stadium one of the best stadiums in the NFL.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support day-to-day HR administration, including employee records, onboarding, scheduling, communications, payroll documentation, uniform tracking, and general employee support.
• Maintain accurate files, spreadsheets, rosters, trackers, credentials, and other administrative documentation while handling employee information confidentially.
• Assist with the preparation, distribution, tracking, and troubleshooting of employee and event credentials.
• Support pre-event preparation, including staffing, check-in materials, uniforms, signage, supplies, rosters, and event documentation.
• Assist with employee check-in, location preparation, inventory checks, audits, walkthroughs, and other operational needs before, during, and after events.
• Serve as a flexible resource for HR and Event Operations by responding to changing priorities, time-sensitive requests, and special projects.
• Work collaboratively with managers, supervisors, employees, vendors, and event partners to support efficient event operations.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, sorting/filtering, formatting, data entry, and tracking information.
• Strong organizational, communication, time-management, technology, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently and collaboratively, and maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to learn new systems quickly and adapt to changing operational needs.
• Reliable and flexible availability, with the ability to work scheduled games, concerts, and major events.
• Must be available for early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays based on the event schedule.

This is a part-time position averaging approximately 20–30 hours per week, consisting of a combination of administrative and event-based hours.
