About the role:
Reporting to the HR Business Partner, the HR Coordinator will be based in our Melbourne office and is the backbone of our HR operations, serving as the first point of contact for all HR-related process and administration enquiries across ANZ.

While we work in a flexible environment, this role is a people facing role and therefore will require you in the office 5 days a week while you are learning. Following this, we can discuss a hybrid approach to working, one day a week from home, with flexibility to come in five days per week as required.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Performance & Systems: Keep Workday (HRIS) and Culture Amp platforms running smoothly, ensuring compliance, supporting and training employees, leading the annual performance review process, and driving improvements.

  • Employee Lifecycle: Manage and generate a high volume of contracts and letters, assist in the final stages of the recruitment process, own the onboarding and offboarding experience, administer benefits, maintain filing system, and ensure seamless HR administration.

  • HR Support: Be the first point of contact for HR-related process and administration queries, maintain all HR-related documents ensuring they are always up to date, lead HR reporting, drive the learning & development program, manage workplace health & safety, and support recruitment when needed.

  • Culture & Projects: Assist with the logistics and execution of social events, wellbeing initiatives, and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion programs, and assist with implementing ideas to shape the future of the employee experience.

Who you are:
HR experience and/or study is not essential for this role, but an interest in learning about HR, wanting to take on a new challenge and caring about people is a must! We can teach you everything you need to know about HR along the way.

Ideally you have worked in a role with a high-level of administrative duties, such as a HR Administrator, HR Coordinator, Receptionist, Office Manager, Personal Assistant, Administrative Assistant, Operations Coordinator, Project Manager or a role with similar competencies. Experience working in a national or multi-national business and/or a fast-paced role is highly regarded.

What makes you the perfect fit:

  • Administrative Rockstar - You have 2+ years of full-time experience in a role with high-level administration responsibilities or variety of tasks with similar competencies to the those mentioned above.

  • Tech Savvy - You’re confident using Microsoft Office (particularly Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint – including creating PP presentations), and can pick up new systems quickly.

  • Thrives in a Fast-Paced Environment - You love working in a dynamic, ever-changing workplace and can adapt to shifting priorities with ease.

  • Multitasking Pro - You’re skilled at juggling multiple priorities at once, while still maintaining a high-level of detail with each task and staying focused and efficient.

  • Innovative Thinker - You’re not just a doer; you’re a problem solver too. When challenges arise, you find solutions and take action. You enjoy working on projects, optimising processes, and bringing fresh, creative ideas to the table.

  • Detail-Orientated & Highly Organised - Nothing gets past you. You have a keen eye for detail and keep everything running smoothly.

  • Strong Communicator - Whether it’s in person, over email, or in a presentation, you can communicate clearly, confidently, and professionally.

  • Self-Starter with Great Time Management - You know how to prioritise your workload, take initiative, and get things done to deadlines.

  • Passionate About Improvement – You’re always looking for ways to enhance processes, boost efficiency, and make things better.

  • People-Person & Team Player – You’re naturally personable, approachable, and collaborative, able to build strong relationships across the business.

  • Professional, Reliable & Resilient – You handle confidential information with discretion, maintain professionalism under pressure, and bring a level-headed approach to challenges. You know when to have fun and when to be serious.

  • Positive & Energetic – You bring an enthusiastic, can-do attitude to work every day, inspiring those around you.

  • Hands-On & Proactive – You’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves and dive into whatever needs to be done—no task is too big or small.

If this sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you! Your application should include a cover letter that addresses your suitability based on each of the criteria outlined in this job ad.

The Benefits:

  • A vibrant, music-focused workplace fostering creativity and collaboration.

  • Opportunities for professional development and career advancement.

  • Access to concerts, events, and other entertainment perks.

  • A diverse, equitable workplace where every voice matters.

  • Best in class benefits including wellness programs, corporate discounts, family support, and free mental health support.

  • A chance to learn about HR and take on a new challenge!

Equal Opportunities:
We are passionate and committed to our people and go beyond the rhetoric of diversity and inclusion. You will be working in an inclusive environment and be encouraged to bring your whole self to work. We will do all that we can to help you successfully balance your work and homelife.
