- Support annual merit, bonus, and incentive planning processes.
- Assist with job evaluations and market assessments for new and existing positions.
- Prepare thoughtful, data-driven compensation analyses and recommendations for HR leadership and business stakeholders.
- Monitor compensation trends and identify potential pay equity concerns or market-related gaps.
- Partner with Finance and business leaders to ensure accurate monthly commission and incentive calculations, validations, and payouts.
- Manage compensation plan documentation, version control, and distribution of plan materials and statements to eligible employees.
- Look for ways to make compensation administration more efficient through automation, stronger controls, and enhanced reporting.
HR Analytics, Reporting & Systems
- Develop and maintain HR reports and dashboards across headcount, turnover, retention, recruiting, diversity, compensation, engagement, and other key workforce metrics.
- Dig into workforce data to uncover trends and translate findings into clear, actionable insights for HR and business leaders.
- Partner with HR leadership to define, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Create meaningful dashboards, reports, and executive-level presentations that make complex information easy to understand.
- Help ensure the accuracy and integrity of data across HR systems and reporting platforms through regular audits, validation, and troubleshooting.
- Support the day-to-day administration of our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Learning Management System (LMS), and Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
- Maintain system functionality, configurations, and user access and help resolve system issues.
- Support system updates, troubleshoot reporting discrepancies, and identify opportunities to continuously improve HR processes, reporting, and data quality.
- Produce accurate workforce, recruiting, compensation, and learning data for HR and business leaders.
