About the role
Job SummaryThe role is responsible for providing administrative support for HR operations, including maintaining employee records, supporting hiring processes, and compiling HR-related data.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain employee files and HR databases.
- Support recruitment and onboarding logistics.
- Track performance ratings and compile HR statistics.
- Assist with HR documentation and compliance.
- Coordinate HR-related communications and scheduling.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and several years of relevant work experience.
- Strong administrative and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with HR systems and processes.
- Attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
