You'll take care of our guest rooms and common areas, spot the little details others miss, and work alongside a friendly housekeeping team. What you'll do

• Clean and refresh guest rooms and common areas so they're spotless, cosy and ready for every arrival

•   Follow our hotel and brand standards, so every room feels just as good as the last

• Keep your trolley stocked and top up amenities and supplies when they run low

• Take care of your equipment and let your supervisor know if something isn't working properly

• Spot and report any damage, maintenance issues or missing items

• Help guests with their requests with a smile, and pass on anything you can't solve to the right person

• Follow our health, safety and hygiene rules to keep you, your team and our guests safe

Requirements

What you bring

·       A great eye for detail. You notice the little things others miss

·       Reliable and on time, someone the team can always count on

·       Able to work at a steady pace without cutting corners

·       Friendly and polite with guests and colleagues

·       A team player who's happy to lend a hand

·       Basic English to communicate with guests

·       Comfortable with an active role: you'll be on your feet for most of your shift, walking, using stairs and lifting linen and supplies

·       Previous housekeeping experience in a hotel Basic knowledge of health, safety and hygiene practices

Meet your Housekeeping Supervisor and the team. Get your uniform and a full tour of the hotel, behind the scenes included. Learn our standards step by step, working side by side with an experienced colleague. No pressure to be perfect from day one. We'll help you settle in at your own pace

A day in your shoes

-        Start your shift at [7:30] with a quick team briefing: today's arrivals, departures and any special guest requests

-        Grab your room list, stock up your trolley and head to your floor

-        Morning: refresh the rooms of guests who are staying on, and get check-out rooms ready for new arrivals

-        Break time with the team [with a meal on us]

-        Afternoon: finish your rooms, add the final touches, and your supervisor does a quick check before they're ready for guests

Before you head home: restock your trolley, report anything that needs fixing and pass on updates to the next shift
