Job Responsibilities :

• 6 months Inter-department on-the-job training within Housekeeping Department including Rooms, Public Areas, Wardrobe, Linen & Laundry, Floral and Horticulture.

• Build up and deliver standard hotel services at every opportunity in a positive and friendly manner to our valued guests

• Understand and anticipate guest service needs by providing friendly welcome and high-quality services to all guests

• Ensure Housekeeping operational team project a professional and welcoming demeanor by demonstrating our SOP and Polices & Procedure

• Carry out all necessary operation standards required through different operating systems, dispatch and monitor the system effectively and consistently

Job Requirements:

• Applicants who study at universities outside of Macau must be Macau ID card holders

• The internship must be a requirement of the university as per its curriculum. We may request further information if needed
