We are looking for a Host/Hostess to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute, learn and grow while helping shape the experiences and impact we create across Costa Navarino.

In this position, you will welcome and engage guests, manage reservations and arrivals, and contribute to a seamless and personalized dining experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain daily reservation lists and allocate tables according to operational needs and guest preferences.
• Welcome guests professionally and provide exceptional service in line with brand standards.
• Manage guest expectations and respond effectively to requests, concerns and challenging situations.
• Maintain and update guest profiles within the relevant guest experience management system.
• Maintain excellent knowledge of menus, promotions and offerings, applying appropriate selling and upselling techniques.
• Communicate dietary requirements, allergies and special guest preferences accurately to the Food & Beverage and Culinary teams.
• Ensure the host stand and surrounding areas remain clean, organized and professional.
• Support daily operational preparations and administrative tasks.
• Ensure effective communication and handovers between colleagues and departments.
• Follow company policies, operational procedures, Health & Safety requirements and brand standards.
• Participate in company training and remain updated on hospitality trends and best practices.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or relevant qualification in Tourism & Hospitality.
• Previous experience in a Host/Hostess, Guest Relations, Restaurant or Hospitality role is preferred.
• Previous experience in a luxury hospitality environment will be considered an advantage.
• Fluency in English.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Guest-oriented approach with strong customer service skills.
• Selling and upselling skills.
• Ability to multitask and remain flexible in a fast-paced environment.
• Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with restaurant reservation and point-of-sale systems is desirable.
• Professional and presentable appearance.
