A fantastic opportunity has presented itself for a HFC Network Performance Senior Engineer reporting to Executive Manager HFC National Performance
A bit about your role
The Senior Engineer, HFC Network Performance plays a key role in maintaining and improving HFC network performance to support service quality and customer outcomes. Working within the HFC National Performance team, you will oversee automation workflows, contribute to network remediation and deployment programs, develop monitoring and diagnostic tools, manage network design updates, and help resolve complex network issues. The role collaborates closely with a range of technical and operational teams, providing expertise, support, and guidance to drive continuous improvement, network reliability, and an inclusive, high-performing team environment.
A bit about you
We’re looking for a collaborative and solutions-focused professional with experience in telecommunications, HFC network operations, network design, and data analytics. You bring strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills, along with the ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic technical environment. Success in this role comes from a commitment to continuous improvement, safety, quality, and delivering outcomes, while working effectively with others to develop innovative solutions and support team capability growth.
