Job Opening: QA Supervisor

Location: South Africa (Remote)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Working Hours: Monday to Friday (9 AM - 5 PM EST)

We are seeking a highly capable, self-directed Provider Operations Manager to oversee and coordinate a remote team of Nurse Practitioners across the United States within a 24/7, 365-day telemedicine operation.

This is a high-accountability role requiring someone who is confident managing healthcare providers remotely, maintaining operational coverage, resolving scheduling issues, and ensuring providers meet their commitments.

The successful candidate will be proactive, organised, decisive, and comfortable working independently. This role is best suited to someone who takes ownership, follows through consistently, and does not require close supervision.

Requirements

• Manage and coordinate remote Nurse Practitioners across the United States.
• Hold providers accountable for scheduled shifts, attendance, responsiveness, and operational commitments.
• Manage provider scheduling and ensure appropriate coverage across the telemedicine operation.
• Work closely with vendors, providers, facilities, and the clinical team.
• Maintain accurate spreadsheets, schedules, operational records, and provider data.
• Proactively identify and resolve scheduling or coverage gaps.
• Respond to missed shifts and coordinate replacement coverage where required.
• Handle calls and operational queries from healthcare facilities.
• Escalate clinical or operational matters appropriately.
• Maintain clear communication with providers and internal stakeholders.
• Take ownership of issues through to resolution rather than waiting for direction.
