Healthcare Marketer
Full-Time | Non-Union Position Salary: $75,000 Annually + Bonus Eligible

Copper Ridge Health & Rehabilitation Center is seeking a results-driven Healthcare Marketer to build and maintain relationships with referral sources, drive census growth, and increase community awareness of our services.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain referral relationships with hospitals, physicians, case managers, and community organizations.
- Conduct facility tours and represent Copper Ridge at networking events.
- Execute marketing and business development initiatives.
- Monitor referral activity and market trends.
- Collaborate with facility leadership to achieve census goals.
- Maintain CRM and referral tracking systems.
Qualifications
- Healthcare marketing, admissions, sales, or business development experience preferred.
- Skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or post-acute care experience strongly preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to meet goals and work independently.
