About The Role

• We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Health Information Services (HIS) team as a Clerk at St Vincent’s Private Hospitals NSW, North Sydney area.
• In this role, you will be responsible for the accurate preparation, processing, and scanning of patient records into our Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system. You will play a vital role in ensuring the integrity and accessibility of clinical information.
• This position requires a strong customer service focus, as you will regularly liaise with both internal stakeholders and external customers, responding to enquiries and actioning requests in line with privacy legislation and organisational policies.
• You will work within a collaborative and supportive administrative team and report directly to the State Health Information Manager.

About You

• You are a highly organised, process-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• You demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and are committed to maintaining accuracy in all aspects of your work.
• You are able to manage completing priorities effectively, ensuring deadlines are consistently met.
• Previous experience in medical records, HIS clerical work, or a healthcare setting (essential).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High level of computer literacy and confidence with digital systems.
