At Launch With Us, we manage £25M+ in annual paid media across Meta, Google and TikTok for founder-led ecom brands in drinks, food, beauty, wellness and pet. We take them from £2–3M in revenue to £8M, £10M and beyond.

Media and creative sit in one team, which is a big part of why Meta ranks us the UK’s number one Independent Meta Agency Group, as part of the wider Soar Group. We’ve grown 120% year on year for two years running, to 20+ operators. Now we’re building the leadership layer for our next stage, and this is its most important seat.

The role

You’ll own client outcomes across every brand we work with, on every channel and in every pod. You’ll report directly to our Founder, and our Paid Social, Paid Search and Creative Strategy Leads will report to you.

You won’t run a portfolio. You’ll set the strategy every portfolio runs on.

Your core job is to build the Launch With Us growth engine. That means taking how our best operators grow brands by instinct and codifying it into a model every pod can run, covering offer, conversion, creative and distribution.

What you’ll own

Client outcomes. You’ll own retention, MRR expansion and the share of clients hitting their growth target across the whole book. You’ll also be executive sponsor for our key founder relationships.

The outcome model. You’ll build the forecasting and target-setting system every account runs on, turn it into an SOP, train the team on it, and help shape what our service delivers as standard.

Creative as a growth lever. You’ll get media and creative planning, testing and reporting as one. With the Creative Strategy Lead, you’ll make creative hit-rate a performance metric.

Leadership. You’ll coach three leads, and through them a team of 15+, into confident department leaders. You’ll own hiring and build the bench beneath them.

Agency growth. You’ll sit on the leadership team, help set commercial objectives, and bring rigour to pitches so the brands we win are brands we can grow.

Requirements

What you’ll bring

• You’ve taken seven-figure ecom brands to eight figures, with 5+ years in performance or growth on the agency or DTC side.
• You have deep fluency in testing, scaling, attribution, funnels and CRO across Meta, TikTok and search. You can audit an account in 30 minutes and name the one constraint holding it back.
• You have real creative strategy experience. You know a great brief when you see one, and you judge creative on commercial potential, not taste.
• You think in a founder’s P&L, not in platform ROAS: CAC, MER, contribution margin, LTV and payback.
• You’ve managed managers and written models teams actually follow. You remove steps rather than add them.
• You have founder-level presence and you’re comfortable with ambiguity.

Bonus points if you’ve worked both agency and brand side, have depth in retention, CRO or offer strategy, and treat AI, Triple Whale and Shopify as second nature.
