The Role:
Creators are one of our most important growth channels. Watching someone build a working app from a single sentence is content that travels, and we want a leader who can turn that into reach at a global scale. As Head of Influencer Marketing, you will own our creator channel end-to-end: the plan, the budget, the creators, the agencies, and the results.

The core problem you are solving is cost of attention. We want more impressions for every dollar we spend. That takes two things at once: a real instinct for content and trends, and the operating discipline to track the numbers daily and make hard calls quickly. You will lead an established influencer marketing team running campaigns across the globe.

What You'll Do:

• Own the plan and the budget: build the channel plan bottom-up, make the case for the investment it needs, and own the return on it
• Own cost of attention: bring down the cost of every thousand impressions we buy, without losing quality or relevance
• Own the creator mix: decide which creators, tiers, formats, and markets earn our spend, and rebalance as the data changes
• Build the trend engine: spot trends early, turn them into briefs quickly, and build a repeatable loop for catching virality rather than waiting for it
• Run operations and measurement: track performance daily, keep attribution and reporting honest, and hold a high bar for execution across a high-volume channel
• Manage agency partners: select, brief, and manage our agency partners, and decide what runs through them versus directly with creators
• Lead the team: lead and grow an existing team and build the bench beneath you

What We're Looking For:

• 10+ years of experience in marketing, growth, or creator and influencer roles, including time leading a team
• A track record of running creator or influencer programmes at scale, with real budget ownership and hard numbers attached
• Comfort building a plan bottom-up, defending the investment it needs, and being accountable for the outcome
• Strong commercial and analytical instincts: you are fluent in cost per thousand impressions, funnel metrics, and plan versus actual, and you use them daily
• Genuine content instinct: you live on social platforms, you know why things travel, and you can tell good content from expensive content
• The operating discipline to run a high-volume channel: clean tracking, tight process, fast decisions
• Experience managing agency partners and negotiating with creators or their representatives

• Global experience, particularly running creator campaigns in the US and Europe
• A consumer tech, app, or AI product background, where growth is measured closely
• An audience of your own on social, or a history of building one
• Experience building a channel's measurement and reporting from the ground up, not inheriting it
