About the role

We are recruiting for a highly experienced Head of Entertainment Relations to join our Global Talent Team for a full-time maternity cover placement. The ideal candidate is highly connected within the entertainment / beauty / fashion / lifestyle industry and has the ability to think strategically, as well as limitlessly!

Working with talent is part of the Charlotte Tilbury DNA, and to stay relevant and revolutionary in a crowded market we need to lead the way and pioneer new and exciting ways in which we work with talent in order to increase global awareness, maximise sales and to grow this rapidly evolving business!

As a Head of Entertainment Relations you will

• Set the Global Talent strategy and support regional teams in its implementation. 
• Supporting the regions on developing their local talent strategies. 
• Accountable to SLT on Global Talent strategy and updates. 
• Strong communicator and leader, with the ability to think of the broader picture across the business – cascading information as needed to relevant functions. 
• Central ideation, strategy, guidelines, and priorities alongside the creative team for all talent led campaigns. 
• Lead alongside Global comms the announcement of all talent-led campaigns. 
• Implement best in class use of tools to help track talent ROI & performance alongside the social and comms teams. 
• Being the first to know / spot upcoming Global talent. 
• Maintain a pulse on current and future trends to identify innovative concepts and new partnerships for the brand. 
• Supporting on identifying, negotiating and contracting talent for various projects from long-term partnerships to one-off activations. 
• Working cross-functionally to ensure we are maximising talent across the business and closing the loop. 
• Work closely with the Global Communications leads to connect the dots between talent support around all New Product Development (NPD) launches and brand activations. 
• Developing and managing talent relationships. 
• Supporting on forecasting and tracking the Global talent budget. 
• Help to evolve and execute the strategy around Sofia & Bella Tilbury to continue to grow their profile and roles both internally within the business and externally. 
• Responsibly represent the brand and manage relationships with all talent, talent managers, partners, media and external contacts. 
• Nurture best in class relationships with regional teams.

About you

• Extensive experience within an Entertainment relations role 
• Strong networking and relationship building skills 
• Innovative thinker and creatively driven 
• Self-motivated, action-orientated and ambitious with a positive “can-do” attitude 
• Comfortable and calm in a fast-paced environment 
• A keen interest in all things beauty / fashion / lifestyle and an avid follower of relevant news & trends 
• Thrives in a highly entrepreneurial environment with an all-hands-on-deck attitude 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
• Strong technical skills including MS Office, Excel, Powerpoint, Social platforms 
• Excellent presentation skills 
• Able to build and track a budget
