About Corpay Cross-Border
Corpay Cross-Border is a global provider of international payments, foreign exchange (FX) risk management, and currency solutions. We support organisations operating internationally by simplifying cross-border payments, helping clients manage FX exposure, and providing scalable payment technologies.
As part of our continued growth strategy in Asia Pacific, we are expanding our Singapore business and are seeking an experienced Head of Sales to establish and drive commercial growth in Singapore.
Role Overview
The Head of Sales, Singapore will lead the commercial growth and development of Corpay's Singapore business. This senior leadership position is responsible for developing and executing the local commercial strategy, building a high-performing sales team, growing enterprise client relationships, and establishing Corpay as a leading provider of cross-border payments and FX risk management solutions in Singapore.
The role combines strategic leadership, business development, market expansion, and sales execution.
Key Responsibilities
Commercial Leadership
- Lead the commercial growth and development of the Singapore business.
- Develop and execute a multi-year growth strategy aligned with regional objectives.
- Build scalable operational and sales capabilities to support long-term growth.
- Represent the business with customers, partners, industry associations and relevant stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Risk, Finance, Product and Operations teams to support business expansion.
Revenue Growth & Business Development
- Own revenue generation, customer acquisition and profitability targets.
- Develop and execute sales strategies across cross-border payments, FX risk management and treasury solutions.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of enterprise and corporate sales opportunities.
- Lead complex sales engagements involving multiple stakeholders and senior decision makers.
- Develop strategic account plans to maximise client growth and retention.
Team Leadership
- Recruit, develop and lead a high-performing sales organisation.
- Establish performance standards, sales processes and operating rhythms.
- Coach and develop sales professionals to enhance consultative selling capabilities.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.
Market & Customer Development
- Develop executive-level relationships with CFOs, Treasurers, Finance Directors and business owners.
- Monitor market trends, customer needs, regulatory developments and competitive activity.
- Identify opportunities for growth and market expansion.
Strategic Partnerships
- Develop relationships with banks, financial institutions, fintech organisations and other strategic partners.
- Build referral and channel partnerships to accelerate customer acquisition.
- Work with regional and global teams to expand market opportunities.
Requirements
Experience
- Minimum 15 years' experience in payments, foreign exchange, banking, treasury solutions, fintech or related financial services sectors.
- Proven leadership experience managing and developing B2B sales teams.
- Demonstrated track record of delivering significant revenue growth within complex enterprise sales environments.
- Experience establishing, scaling or managing commercial operations within Asia Pacific.
- Experience leading complex commercial negotiations and enterprise sales cycles.
- Strong understanding of cross-border payments, foreign exchange markets, treasury management and related financial solutions.
