Head of Asia What you can expect

We are seeking a visionary, commercially driven senior leader to lead our entire Asia business. Reporting directly to the Head of APAC Sales, you will own and scale the full go-to-market organisation across Asia, driving revenue growth, market expansion, and strategic partnerships across one of the world's fastest-growing regions. This is a high-impact executive leadership role for a proven general manager who thrives in building high-performing teams, shaping regional strategy, and delivering sustained growth across complex, multi-market environments.

The sales organisation is at the forefront of driving the company's global growth. Focused on enabling modern work through innovative communication and collaboration solutions, the team partners with customers across industries to deliver meaningful business outcomes. In Asia, we operate in one of the most dynamic and diverse markets globally, working closely with strategic partners and customers to unlock new growth opportunities, scale adoption, and position Zoom as a trusted platform for enterprise transformation.

What we’re looking for

• Be a leader who sets the strategic vision for the region, builds a high-performance culture grounded in accountability, innovation, and a customer-first, outcomes-driven mindset.
• Be experienced in leading and scaling multi-functional go-to-market organisations (sales, partnerships, customer success) within a high-growth UCaaS, CCaaS, or SaaS environment at a senior/executive level.
• Have deep knowledge of the Asian market, with an established network of enterprise customers, partners, and industry leaders.
• Have a proven track record of driving regional P&L ownership, setting commercial strategy, and consistently exceeding revenue targets across complex, multi-market environments.
• Have demonstrated success building and leading through a partner-first model, effectively orchestrating direct sales, channel partnerships, and alliance motions at scale.
• Have world-class capability in strategic planning, forecasting, and cross-functional alignment, with the ability to translate global strategy into regional execution.
• Have exceptional executive presence and communication skills, with the ability to influence C-level stakeholders, board-level audiences, and shape strategic narratives that position Zoom as a market leader.
