Qualifications
- PGA Membership
- Previous experience as a Head Golf Professional, First Assistant, Lead Assistant, or similar golf leadership position.
- Private club experience strongly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of tournament operations, golf instruction, merchandising, handicapping, and golf shop operations.

- Strong interpersonal and member-relations skills.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Financial understanding of budgeting, labor management, inventory, revenue, and expense control.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as Club operations require.
Measures of Success
