As an HCM-OIC, VBCS-Senior Associate, you will specialize in consulting services for Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) applications, analyzing client requirements, implementing software solutions, and providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization. Within our Digital Core Modernisation network, you will help clients optimize their human resources processes and enhance talent management to achieve strategic objectives. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions even when the path forward is not clear.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will leverage a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems. You will develop a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is evolving, using critical thinking to break down complex concepts. By interpreting data to inform insights and recommendations, you will uphold and reinforce professional and technical standards, contributing to the firm's overall business strategies.

Responsibilities

- Analyzing client requirements to implement Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) software solutions
- Providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization of Oracle HCM applications
- Collaborating with clients to optimize human resources processes and enhance talent management
- Utilizing Oracle SQL Developer and Oracle Database for data management and analysis
- Leading business process improvement initiatives to align with strategic objectives
- Managing project budgeting and timelines to validate successful delivery of HCM solutions
- Applying analytical thinking to interpret data and inform insights and recommendations
- Developing and maintaining meaningful client connections to anticipate and address needs
- Guiding teams in the use of Oracle Application Development Framework (ADF) and Oracle Business Intelligence (BI) Publisher
- Supporting change management efforts to embrace new technologies and methodologies

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Human Resources Management, Business Administration/Management, Psychology, Organizational Leadership, Management Information Systems
- At least one of the following: Oracle Cloud certification in Human Capital Management or related Oracle HCM Cloud applications
- Demonstrating proficiency in Oracle Fusion Human Capital Management
- Utilizing Oracle SQL Developer for complex data analysis
- Managing Oracle E-Business Suite implementations
- Excelling in business process improvement and change management
- Developing strategic human resource planning and talent management strategies
