As an HCM-OIC, VBCS-Associate, you will specialize in consulting services for Oracle Human Capital Management applications, analyzing client requirements, implementing software solutions, and providing training and support for seamless integration. Within our Digital Core Modernisation practice, you will help clients optimize their human resources processes and enhance talent management to achieve strategic objectives. As an Associate, you will be driven by curiosity and contribute to client engagements while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will adapt to working with diverse clients and team members, each presenting unique challenges and opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities

- Analyzing client requirements to implement Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) software solutions
- Providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization of Oracle HCM applications
- Collaborating with clients to optimize human resources processes and enhance talent management
- Utilizing Oracle SQL Developer and Oracle Database for data management and analysis
- Engaging in business process improvement initiatives to drive operational efficiency
- Supporting project management tasks, including project budgeting and workforce planning
- Applying business analysis skills to discern patterns and inform strategic human resource planning
- Participating in change management efforts to facilitate successful HR transformations
- Leveraging Oracle Business Intelligence Publisher for generating insightful reports
- Contributing to the development of employee engagement strategies and surveys

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 1 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Human Resources Management, Business Administration/Management, Psychology, Organizational Leadership, Management Information Systems
- At least one of the following: Oracle Cloud certification in Human Capital Management or related Oracle HCM Cloud applications
- Demonstrating proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud applications
- Utilizing Oracle SQL Developer for database management
- Applying business process improvement techniques in client projects
- Engaging in strategic human resource planning initiatives
- Collaborating effectively in fast-paced, client-focused environments
