As a HBM Assembly Capacity IE Manager, you are responsive for the following main works.

1.People leadership and Talent Development

2.Lead HBM Assembly IE Team for following Tasks of HBM Ramp

• HBM Assembly Capacity Scenario Study with multiple buildings

• HBM Assembly Capex study

• Max out program to explore opportunities for capacity increase

3.Cross function leadership and Stakeholder management.

• Validate and review each of engineering changes before reflecting to capacity

4.Data analytics, Automation and AI transformation  

• Capacity model transformation – CSM fully automate plan

• Using Artificial Intelligence to redesign IE current workflow through lean and AI methodology

• AI proficiency or AI‑enabled ways of working where applicable
