The Four Seasons Resort Lāna’i is looking for a Guest Experience Coordinator who shares a passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do. Our teams have the opportunity to shape our guest experience by providing exceptional knowledge of the Resort and exemplifying the Golden Rule in each interaction. Work authorization required.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
The Guest Experience Coordinator supports the planning and coordination of personalized experiences for VIP, Elite, and Specialty Suite guests. This role partners with resort teams to manage guest preferences, special requests, amenities, and itineraries, ensuring seamless service and an exceptional luxury guest experience. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Coordinate and oversee personalized experiences for Specialty Suite, Elite, VIP, and designated guests by managing pre-arrival planning, in-house experiences, departures, guest preferences, itineraries, special requests, and recognition opportunities to ensure seamless and memorable stays
Partner with Lanaʻi Ambassadors and resort departments to coordinate guest communications, arrival amenities, welcome gifts, special celebrations, VIP arrangements, and service delivery, ensuring all details are executed accurately and on schedule
Monitor upcoming arrivals, in-house VIP guests, and departures, proactively identifying guest needs, supporting service recovery efforts, and maintaining accurate guest profiles, preferences, and stay history within resort systems
Maintain the inventory, organization, quality, and presentation of VIP amenities, guest gifts, printed materials, and Guest Experience supplies to uphold luxury service standards
Prepare guest itineraries, departmental reports, communications, and operational documentation while supporting daily Guest Experience operations, special projects, personalization initiatives, and process improvements

WHAT TO BRING
Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in United States
The hospitality business functions seven (7) days a week, twenty-four (24) hours a day and scheduled days and times may vary based on need. Holidays and weekends availability is required.
Ability to sit and/or stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and push/pull as needed during shifts
Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, organization, creativity, discretion, and professionalism while managing multiple priorities, maintaining confidentiality, exercising sound judgment, and delivering highly personalized luxury guest experiences aligned with the highest hospitality standards.
Requires working knowledge of the Front Desk, Housekeeping, and Concierge.
