We’re building the infrastructure that powers the procurement and disposition of assets across America’s essential industries, automating everything from discovery and payments to freight, warranty, and financing. Today, Garage operates in cities and towns across all 50 states and has surpassed $100M+ in annualized transaction volume on the platform.

Our mission is to save local governments and essential services businesses time and money. We started with fire departments two years ago and have since expanded into EMS and heavy-duty, launching new verticals while growing revenue >10x last year.

In this role, you will:

• Work closely with product to create systems that scale

• Manage correspondence between buyers and sellers to drive revenue across the business

• Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities

We're looking for someone who:

• Loves the energy of a high-growth environment where every day looks a little different

• You have good judgement, high integrity, and a no-task-too-small mindset

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university

• 2+ years of experience in startup sales, investment banking, consulting, ex-Founders, working at a startup, business development, or related roles

• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data, detect insights, and implement solutions quickly

• Exceptional organization skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers and internal stakeholders

• Self-starter who thrives in ambiguous environments, and proactively takes on tasks

• Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks
