Growth Marketing Manager – Paid & Organic Acquisition

About the Role
At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring a hands-on Growth Marketing Manager to own and scale customer acquisition across paid and organic channels.
This is an execution-heavy role for a marketer who can launch campaigns, test quickly, optimize funnels, and turn marketing activity into qualified pipeline and revenue.
You’ll own growth across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and emerging channels while combining performance marketing with organic content, analytics, and conversion optimization.
What You’ll Do
Paid Acquisition
- Build, launch, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube, TikTok, Reddit, and X
- Own targeting, audience segmentation, ad copy, creative direction, budgets, and optimization
- Build full-funnel campaigns focused on B2B lead generation and pipeline growth
- Continuously test creatives, messaging, audiences, offers, and landing pages
- Scale winning campaigns while maintaining efficient CPL, CPA, and ROAS
Organic & Social Growth
- Drive organic growth across LinkedIn, X, Instagram, TikTok, Reddit, and YouTube
- Develop content strategies that complement paid acquisition
- Test hooks and messaging organically before scaling through paid channels
- Grow brand visibility, engagement, inbound demand, and community traction
Conversion & Growth Optimization
- Monitor acquisition performance and identify funnel bottlenecks
- Run structured A/B tests across creatives, landing pages, audiences, and bidding strategies
- Improve CPL, CPA, CVR, ROAS, pipeline, and revenue contribution
- Identify new channels and growth opportunities through continuous experimentation
Analytics & Attribution
- Manage GA4, Google Tag Manager, pixels, conversion tracking, and UTMs
- Track performance across paid and organic channels
- Build clear growth dashboards and performance reports
- Translate data into actionable recommendations for leadership
Cross-Functional Execution
- Align campaigns with sales, pipeline, and revenue goals
- Collaborate with designers, content creators, sales, and leadership
- Improve landing pages, messaging, creatives, and conversion paths
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of hands-on Growth Marketing or Performance Marketing experience
- Strong experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
- Experience with additional channels such as TikTok, YouTube, Reddit, or X
- Proven ability to generate qualified leads, pipeline, and measurable revenue
- Strong knowledge of PPC, funnels, audience segmentation, attribution, and conversion optimization
- Hands-on experience with GA4 and Google Tag Manager
- Strong conversion-focused copywriting and messaging skills
- Ability to independently launch, optimize, and scale campaigns
- Strong analytical mindset with an experimentation-first approach
Nice to Have
- Organic social or content-led growth experience
- HubSpot, Salesforce, or Marketo experience
- Experience managing multiple accounts or significant ad budgets
- Canva or Adobe Creative Suite familiarity
- Google Ads or Meta certifications
