About the role
This role starts from the data: you live inside product usage and behavioral data, work shoulder-to-shoulder with Product Managers on a standing weekly cadence, and your job is to spot — before anyone asks you to — which features and customer segments are sitting on unrealized expansion or monetization potential. Messaging, content, and campaigns are things you produce as a consequence of that analysis, not the reason you were hired.
Your instinct should be "who's actually using this, and who else should be".
What You’ll Do
- Product Partnership & Usage Intelligence: Sit in a standing weekly cadence with Product Managers — not as a downstream consumer of specs, but as an active participant in reviewing the roadmap, feature performance, and usage data as it comes in.
- Opportunity Identification: Analyze adoption, usage, and behavioral data across the customer base — on your own, in the analytics tooling — to identify which features and customer segments have the highest propensity for expansion, upsell, or monetization. This is the core, day-to-day deliverable of the role, not a periodic exercise.
- Insight-to-Revenue Translation: Own the full path from “we see this pattern in the data” to revenue in hand: build the business case, define the target segment, and only then produce whatever positioning, messaging, in-product guides, content, or sales enablement the play actually requires — no more, no less than the data justifies.
- Go-to-Market Execution: Turn validated opportunities into launch and expansion plans; define target segments and align sales, product, and marketing around the strategy and timeline.
- Onboarding & Activation: Use usage and behavioral data — not survey feedback or anecdotes — to find friction points in the customer journey and drive specific, measurable improvements to onboarding and activation.
- Market & Customer Analysis: Conduct ICP research and market analysis specific to LATAM to inform the product roadmap and regional GTM strategy.
- Results: Own KPIs directly tied to product-led revenue — feature adoption, expansion/upsell revenue, monetization, activation, and conversion — and report back to Product and leadership on what's working and why.
Requirements
- From product usage/behavioral data — on your own, not handed to you by an analyst — building a strategy around it, and driving measurable incremental revenue. Be ready to walk through the actual data.
- Fluency working independently in product analytics tools (e.g., Amplitude, Mixpanel, Google Analytics, Looker, or similar) to pull, interpret, and act on usage and adoption data. This is the entry bar for the role, not a differentiator.
- 5+ years in B2B SaaS in a product marketing, growth marketing, or hybrid product/growth role, with hands-on experience partnering directly with Product Management on a recurring, structural basis — not occasional syncs before a launch.
- Proven track record of executing successful product/feature launches, ideally within a PLG (product-led growth) motion.
- Strong analytical mindset — equally comfortable in a dashboard and in a messaging doc, often on the same day, but defaulting to the dashboard first.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex, data-backed insights into clear, compelling product messaging and collateral when a play calls for it.
- A keen eye for design and user experience.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, and marketing.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Passion for technology and staying up to date with industry and AI trends.
- Fluent in English, Portuguese, and Spanish.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
