What you'll be doing in this role

• Execute outbound experiments - research prospects, craft outreach, and iterate based on results.

• Build AI-driven motions - use tooling to find signals, personalise, and do your job smart

• Generate qualified meetings for the team - outbound, inbound, network, whate

• Run events across Europe - coordinate demand generation activities

• Jumping into whatever else needs doing - across sales, ops, or partnerships

What we're looking for

• 1-3 years of experience - prior growth/sales experience is a plus but not a must

• Commercial mindset - you are commercially driven and like the hustle

• Strong communicator - both verbally and written

• Experimental mindset - you love testing new approaches, measuring results, and iterating to find what works.

• Proactive, optimistic, and like to move fast
