About the role

This role sits with the Growth team and has two sides to it.

The main part is operational. You will help keep our pricing and listings sharp across every marketplace we sell on, and support the day to day work that keeps campaigns running smoothly. This is detail heavy work and it matters, because getting price and promo right directly affects sales.

The second part is field marketing. You will be on the ground helping with the front facing side of the brand, from livestreams to events. If you like a mix of desk work and being out in the action, this role gives you both.

Responsibilities

Growth operations (main focus)

• Monitor and price check our products across marketplaces (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and our own webstore) in both Singapore and Malaysia
• Track competitor pricing and promotions, and flag anything worth a closer look
• Check that listings, prices, bundles, and stock status are accurate and consistent across all channels
• Help set up and QA promotions ahead of mega sales and campaign periods (9.9, 10.10, 11.11, 12.12)
• Compile simple pricing and promo reports, and keep trackers and dashboards up to date
• Support the team with campaign admin, link and UTM tracking, and general operational tasks

Field marketing (secondary focus)

You will be the on the ground support for the brand's front facing activities. This breaks into three areas.

Livestreaming

• Look for and reach out to potential affiliate streamers across TikTok and Shopee
• Liaise with streamers on scheduling, product samples, and commission terms
• Brief streamers on the products they are featuring, including key selling points, pricing, and promo mechanics
• Prep the studio or affiliates before each stream goes live and ensure products are available for demo
• Troubleshoot during streams, from product links and pinning to stock issues and tech hiccups
• Pull post-stream numbers and follow up with streamers

Marketing events

• Help coordinate logistics for physical marketing and communication activations
• Set up and pack down event space, displays, and demo units
• Man the venue during events, demo products, and answer questions from walk-in customers
• Coordinate on the ground with vendors, venue or mall staff, and contractors
• Keep track of collateral, samples, and giveaway stock on site

Other front facing support

• Support photo and video shoots when needed
• Help host KOLs, media, creators, and partners at events or in the showroom
• Be a spare pair of hands for front facing activities as they come up

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma or degree, ideally in marketing, business, communications, or a related field
• Sharp eye for detail and comfortable working with numbers and spreadsheets
• Organised, reliable, and able to juggle a few things at once without dropping the ball
• Happy to switch between focused desk work and hands on activity out in the field
• Comfortable being in front of a camera or helping others who are
• Able to work some evenings or weekends when events and livestreams call for it

Nice to have

• Familiar with marketplaces like Shopee, Lazada, or TikTok Shop as a shopper or seller
• Basic spreadsheet skills (sorting, filtering, simple formulas)
• An interest in consumer electronics, smart home, or e-commerce
