What you’ll do: 

• Involve in daily cash management and cash forecasting activities as well as support the Group Treasurer in liquidity planning.  

• Assist in dealing, execution, and confirmation of FX transactions to ensure compliance with the Treasury Policy. 

• Entering and maintenance of all treasury transactions (FX hedging, Interest rate instruments, Investments and Borrowings) in the Treasury Management System (Gtreasury) 

• Hedge accounting and fair valuation of the derivative instruments in accordance with AASB 9 and AASB 7 

• Assisting with audit preparations and collaborating on month-end activities, including accounting, reconciliation and reporting tasks. 

• Participating in strategic treasury projects and initiatives and supporting the Group Treasurer as required. 

What we’re looking for: 

• Corporate treasury experience in a mid to large-size company with some experience in coaching a junior team member.  

• Experience in managing in cash forecasting and liquidity management 

• Familiar with financial markets and, executing and settlement of financial derivatives   

• Experienced in using Treasury Management Systems especially GTreasury, banking portals and Bloomberg platform.  

• Experienced in hedge accounting and working knowledge of AASB 9 and AASB 7 

• A team worker who can also work autonomously, with strong Excel and Alteryx skills and attention to detail. 

• Analytical thinking and committed to continuous improvement of processes and controls. 

• Effective communication and active listening skills to facilitate feedback, escalation management, and collaboration across teams.
