About the role

Group Strategy is the commercial strategy and creative engine for our audio and video business, bringing together Campaign Strategy, Campaign Management, Creative Production, Partnerships, and Research & Insights into one high-performing national team.

As Group Strategy Director, you'll lead the function responsible for driving group revenue growth, shaping best-in-market responses to client briefs, and unlocking the full commercial value of our brands, audiences, talent and content across every platform.

You'll also:

• Lead the development of market-leading strategic responses that drive premium revenue and win multi-platform commercial partnerships
• Oversee Research & Insights, delivering industry-leading studies and thought leadership that strengthen our position in market
• Build and deepen senior relationships with agency strategists, marketers and key clients
• Champion collaboration across audio, television and digital, identifying opportunities to maximise group revenue outcomes
• Lead, inspire and unite a high-performing national team, creating a culture of excellence, innovation and commercial impact

What You’ll Need

• 15+ years in media, agency or content-led commercial roles, with a track record of driving revenue
• Experience leading strategy and creative teams to win integrated and branded content business
• An established senior network across agencies and advertisers
• Strong commercial acumen and credibility across audio and video
