Your future team: 

As a Group Legal and Compliance Trainee, you’ll collaborate with the international ROCKWOOL Group Legal and Compliance team supporting the business in more than 20 legal areas of responsibility. We work closely with local legal counsels, and compliance managers across the ROCKWOOL Group.

What you will be doing: 

As a Group Legal and Compliance Trainee, you will support the Group Legal and Compliance team by handling administrative and organizational tasks, as well as assisting with the team’s various projects.

More specifically, you will: 

• Provide administrative support in connection with activities and projects carried out by the legal team
• Conduct legal research and prepare basic legal analyses and summaries
• Assist with the preparation of contracts, legal documents, and related information
• Support specific legal and administrative projects and assignments, as agreed from time to time.

What you bring: 

• You have completed at least one year of a Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field and have at least one year of study remaining.
• Basic knowledge of law (previous internships or office experience will be an advantage).
• Availability to work at least 25h/week
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Good familiarity with MS Office
• Curious, proactive, and eager to learn
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Ability to work in a team and independently
• Ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders
• Team player mindset
