Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of approximately 5+ Quality Analysts to ensure consistent delivery of quality goals and performance expectations.
• Oversee quality review activities and ensure audits are completed accurately, timely, and in accordance with documented procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor team productivity, audit accuracy, and quality metrics; identify trends and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Conduct regular one-on-one meetings, performance reviews, and development discussions with team members.
• Drive calibration sessions with Operations, Quality, Training, and other stakeholders to ensure consistent interpretation and application of quality standards.
• Review complex or escalated quality cases and provide guidance on audit decisions and quality-related concerns.
• Analyze audit findings to identify process gaps, operational risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Partner with Operations leadership to provide actionable insights, performance trends, and recommendations for enhancing customer experience and operational effectiveness.
• Ensure completion of root cause analysis and support implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
• Support onboarding, training, mentoring, and certification of new Quality Analysts.
• Prepare and present quality dashboards, scorecards, and business reviews to leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives through data analysis, process simplification, standardization, and automation opportunities.
• Act as a point of contact for quality-related escalations, stakeholder requests, and business initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of overall experience, including at least 8+ years in Quality, Audit, Risk, Compliance, or Operational Excellence functions.
• Prior people leadership experience or demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and influence team members.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify trends and recommend solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with experience presenting findings to various levels of management.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience conducting quality reviews, calibrations, feedback sessions, and performance coaching.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and quality reporting tools.
• Ability to build effective working relationships across Operations, Training, and Leadership teams.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines and drive accountability.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience leading projects, workstreams, or continuous improvement initiatives.
• Knowledge of quality frameworks, quality governance, and risk management practices.
• Experience with reporting and analytics platforms such as Power BI, Excel, SQL, Nexidia, or similar tools.
• Experience partnering with operations and business leaders to drive performance improvement.

Our employees work in the office at least three (3) days per week, with flexibility to work from home two (2) days per week.
