Across every regulated industry, organisations are rebuilding how they identify, measure, and govern the risks that shape their strategy. 

PwC Greece's Governance, Risk, Compliance & Internal Audit (GRC & IA) practice is at the centre of that shift. We design the frameworks that Boards approve, the methodologies that regulators scrutinise, and the risk intelligence that leadership acts on. 

We are expanding our Risk Management capability, and we are looking for a Senior Associate who wants to join our team and grow into a specialist voice in the market, with a primary focus on Risk Management Advisory. 

This role is ideal for a professional who combines risk management knowledge, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to take ownership of workstreams, coach junior team members, and deliver quality client outcomes in a dynamic environment. 

You will work on engagements that matter and reshape how an organisation understands and manages its risks, such as: 

• Design and evolve risk frameworks: Enterprise Risk Management, risk taxonomies, risk appetite statements and cascading limits, KRI/KPI libraries, enterprise risk registers, and RCSA methodologies 
• Interpret regulation into action: translate evolving requirements from EU and international regulators into practical frameworks, controls, and remediation roadmaps 
• Support risk activities across the entire spectrum, contributing to methodology design, data preparation and analysis, and results documentation 
• Review, drafting and enhancement of policies and procedures through the identification of observations, root causes and practical recommendations for clients  
• Take ownership of workstreams within engagements, planning timelines, tracking progress, and coordinating with Managers on delivery risks and solutions 
• Prepare high-quality client deliverables ensuring accuracy, clarity, and commercial impact 
• Contribute to business development through research, proposal support, thought leadership, and internal solution playbooks 

What you bring matters   

• 3–5 years of experience in risk management, internal audit, or risk advisory, in a Big 4, consulting, or industry role
• Demonstrated ability to design or assess risk frameworks, controls, or audit programmes
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills and ability to break down complex problems, interpret data, and generate insight
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English 
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Business, Mathematics, or a related quantitative discipline
