The E-Volunteer’s Role
Cuso International is seeking a creative e-volunteer to help a partner organization design a polished Institutional Strategic Plan and presentation template. This remote role is ideal for someone who can turn written content into clear, professional, and visually engaging materials that support donor, board, staff, and stakeholder communications.
As an e-volunteer, you will support the organization through the following activities:
- Design a professional layout for the Institutional Strategic Plan, aligned with the partner’s brand and communication needs.
- Create visuals such as cover pages, section dividers, icons, charts, callout boxes, and simple infographics to improve readability.
- Develop an editable presentation template for board, donor, staff, and stakeholder use.
- Collaborate remotely to review content, incorporate feedback, and finalize materials.
- Provide editable source files so staff can update the materials after the placement.
Essential Requirements:
- University education or equivalent experience in graphic design, visual communications, digital media, marketing, or a related field.
Essential Background:
- Experience designing professional reports, presentations, templates, or communications materials.
- Strong knowledge of tools such as Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Canva, PowerPoint, Google Slides, or similar design software.
- Ability to create clean, accessible, and visually consistent layouts.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently in a remote setting.
